摘要: 使用少体物理方法, 研究在任意磁场中非极化束缚锂量子点的低态能谱. 带正电杂质束缚的二维3电子量子点被称为束缚锂量子点, 其中正杂质位于z轴上且与束缚锂量子点所在平面(xy平面)相距为d. 研究表明, 当电子自旋为非极化时, 束缚锂量子点的低态能谱受磁场B和距离d的影响, 其最低态角动量L随B和d的变化而跃迁, 并从动力学方面进行了分析. 

Abstract: The methods for fewbody physics are introduced to investigate the lowlying energy spectra of a barrier spinunpolarized Li quantum dot (QD) under an arbitrary strength in a magnetic field. A twodimensional threeelectron QD bound by a positive impurity, which is located on the zaxis at a distance d from the QD plane (the xy plane), is called a barrier Li QD. When electron spins were unpolarized, the dependence of the lowlying energy of the barrier Li QD on an external magnetic field B and the distance d was obtained. The angular momentum L of the lowest state is found to jump not only with the variation of B but also with that of d. Then these results were analyzed by using dynamics.
