流动注射化学发光法测定头孢曲松钠

Determination of Ceftriaxone Sodium byFlow Injection Chemiluminescence

摘要: 基于在碱性介质中头孢曲松钠对鲁米诺-K3Fe(CN)6化学发光体系的增强作用, 建立了流动注射化学发光测定头孢曲松钠的新方法. 测定范围0.1~400 mg/L, 检出限0.06 mg/L, 对0.2 mg/L头孢曲松钠溶液进行测定, 相对标准偏差为1.6%, 将其用于注射用头孢曲松钠粉针剂的测定, 结果令人满意.

Abstract: Ceftriaxone sodium was determined by flow injection chemiluminescence, which is based on the strong enhancement effect of ceftriaxone s odium on LuminolK3Fe(CN)6chemiluminescence system in the alkaline medium. Under the optimum conditions, the determination range of method is 0.1~400 mg/L and the detection limit is 0.06 mg/L. The relative standard deviation for the determination of 0.2 mg/L ceftriaxone sodium is 1.6%(n=10). It has been satis factorily applied to the determination of ceftriaxone sodium in the injections.
