双模纠缠相干光场与Σ型三能级原子相互作用系统的原子偶极压缩效应

Atomic Dipole Squeezing Effects in the System of the Two\|mode Entangled Coherent States Interacting with a Σ-Type Three-level Atom

摘要: 研究双模纠缠相干光场与Σ型三能级原子相互作用系统的原子偶极压缩效应, 分析了双模纠缠相干光场的纠缠程度、 原子的基态概率幅、 失谐量以及平均光子数对原子偶极压缩效应的影响. 结果表明, 双模纠缠相干光场的纠缠程度对原子的偶极压缩没有明显的影响; 原子初态完全处于基态或激发态时, 原子偶极压缩现象均未出现, 原子处于基态概率和激发态概率相等的初态时, 原子偶极压缩量最大; 原子偶极压缩的频率随失谐量增加而增加; 当保持场模1的平均光子数不变而场模2的平均光子数增加时, 原子的偶极压缩深度变浅而偶极压缩频率保持不变.

Abstract: The atomic dipole squeezing effects in the system of a two-mode entangled states interacting with a Σ-type three-level atom were studied. We analyzed the effects of the degree of entanglement of the two-mode entangled coherent states, the ground state probability amplitude of atomic initial state, the detuning, and the mean photon numbers on the atomic dipole squeezing effects. The results indicate that the influence of the degree of entanglement of the two-mode entangled coherent states on the atomic dipole squeezing effects isn’t noticeable. While the atomic initial state is in the ground state or excited state, the atomic dipole squeezing effects can not occur. While the probability of atomic initial state in ground state is equal to that in the excited state, the atomic dipole squeezing reaches its maximum. The enhancing of the detuning results in the increase of the frequency of atomic dipole squeezing. When the mean photon number of mode 1 remains unchanged and the mean photon number of mode 2 increases, the depth of atomic dipole squeezing decreases and the frequency of atomic dipole squeezing doesn’t change.
