吡啶类双核酸性离子液体催化合成酯及其理论

Catalytic Synthesis of Ester of Dual Core AcidicIonic Liqiud of Pyridines and Their Theory

摘要:

采用自制的双(1-吡啶)亚丁基二硫酸氢盐([Py-HSO42)离子液体催化合成丙酸异戊酯和丁酸异戊酯, 并利用红外光谱(FT-IR)及折射率测定对其进行表征; 通过改变醇酸物质的量比、 催化剂用量及反应时间确定合成酯的最佳反应条件; 考察离子液体的重复使用性能; 采用量子化学计算, 通过热力学理论分析二者酯化率存在差别的原因. 结果表明, 在最佳酯化条件下, 丁酸异戊酯和丙酸异戊酯的酯化率分别为95.94%,95.78%.

Abstract:

We studied the catalytic synthesis of isoamyl butyrate and isoamyl propionate by using the selfmade bis(1pyridine) butylidene double bissulfate ([Py-HSO42). The esters were characterized by FTIR and refractive index measurement. We determined the optimum reaction conditions for synthesis of esters by changing n(acid)∶n(alcohol), the amount of catalyst and reaction time, investigated the reuse performance of ionic liquid, and discussed the different reasons both of the esterification rate by quantum chemistry calculation and thermodynamic theories. The results show that the esterification rates of isoamyl butyrate and isoamyl propionate are 9594% and 9578% under the optimum conditions of esterification, respectively.
