摘要:

采用荧光光谱法研究甲醛对量子点的猝灭作用: 由Stern-Volmer方程可得甲醛与CdTe量子点反应的荧光猝灭速率常数Kq=5.67×1011  L/(mol·s), 结合紫外可见吸收光谱可知该过程为动态猝灭过程. 基于量子点荧光强度的降低与甲醛浓度间具有良好的线性关系, 将CdTe量子点作为荧光探针检测甲醛浓度, 并将该方法与分光光度法进行对比. 结果表明, 两种方法对甲醛浓度的检测效果相同.

Abstract:

The effect of formaldehyde on the quenching of quantum dots (QDs) was studied via fluorescence quenching. The quenching mechanism was a dynamic quenching process, which was proved by the quenching rate constant Kq=5.67×1011 L/(mol·s) and UVVis absorption spectra. As a fluorescent probe, the quantum dots can be used to determine the concentration of formaldehyde, based on the linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity of CdTe QDs and the concentration of formaldehyde. Compared with spectrophotometry, this method can provide theoretical basis for developing a new type of formaldehyde fluophotodetector.
