流动注射-化学发光法测定农药敌敌畏的残余量

Determination of Dichlorvos Residues by Flowinjection Chemiluminescence Method

摘要: 研究了农药敌敌畏在碱性介质中与鲁米诺过氧化氢产生化学发光的特性, 发现非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(乳化剂OP)对该反应有明显的增敏作用, 建立了鲁米诺过氧化氢OP体系测定敌敌畏的流动注射化学发光的新方法. 结果表明, 敌敌畏浓度在8.00×10-8~2.50×10-5 g/mL与化学发光强度有良好的 线性关系, 该方法的检出限为2.20×10-8 g/mL. 3种样品加标准回收率为94.0%~104%, 相对标准偏差为4.27%~5.75%.

Abstract: A new flow injection chemiluminescence(FICL) method for the determination of dichlorvos was developed. The method is based on the CL reaction of dichlorvos with luminolH2O2in the alkaline medium and sensitized by the nonionic surfaceactive agent polyoxyethyle octyl phenyl ether. The results show that the CL intensity is linear to the concentration in the range of 8.00×1 0-8~2.50×10-5 g/mL, with a detection limit of 2.20×10-8g/mL. The standard addition recovery and relative standard deviation (n=6) of three samples were 94.0%~104% and 4.27%~5.75%, respectively. This method has been applied to the determ ination of dichlorvos residues in crops and vegetables.
