摘要: 对普通平行平板剪切干涉在结构上进行了改进, 将傅立叶光学空间频率合成原理应用于横向剪切干涉对光束的准直性进行检测. 普通剪切干涉方法通常是根据干涉条纹密度判断光束, 本文通过条纹倾斜状况判断光束; 实验数据处理应用计算机对采集到的图像进行Radon变换, 提高了对条纹倾斜的判断精度, 从而提高了判别光束口径的范围和精度.

关键词: 光束准直性检测, 剪切干涉, 干涉条纹的频率合成

Abstract: A new approach is proposed to detect the collimated phase of a beam. The common lateral shearing interferometer composed of a parall el plate was improved in structure, and frequency synthesis theory in Fourier optics was applied to the inspection of collimated light beam by means of lateral shearing interferometer. For the common lateral shearing interferometer, a beam can be judged by the density of interference stripes, while the judgment results from the tilt angle of the stripes in this article. After images have been obtained Radon transform is applied to judge the tilt of the interference stripes. Therefore, the range of beam’s caliber and its accuracy are enhanced in a wide-range.
