摘要: 研究一类中立型时滞系统基于一种新型观测器的输出反馈控制器设计问题, 提出了观测器与控制器的分步设计方案. 通过求解3个线性矩阵不等式,求得满足设计要求且与滞后量大小无关的输出反馈控制器, 并通过仿真实例表明, 该方法具有较好的控制效果.

Abstract: The problems concerning the design of output feedback controller for a class of neutral delay systems were investigated and a staged designing scheme of the observer and controller was then presented. The output fee dback controller, which is delay-independent and meets design requirements, can be obtained by means of solving three linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a simulation illustration was given to show its effectiveness.
