摘要: 采用机械合金化方法制备Fe70Zr10B20磁性非晶合金粉末. 分析Fe70Zr10B20非晶合金的晶化机制; 研究非晶制备过程中样品磁性能的变化规律及热处理对Fe70Zr10B20非晶合金磁性能的影响. 结果表明, Fe70Zr10B20非晶合金以一次晶化的模式晶化; 非晶制备过程中样品的磁性及非晶热处理后样品的磁性与其结构、 颗粒尺寸、 应力和缺陷等因素有关.

Abstract: Fe70Zr10B20 magnetic amorphous alloy was prepared by the mechanical alloying method, and its crystallization mechanism was analyzed. The magnetic properties of Fe70Zr10B20 mixed powders during the mechanical alloying and Fe70Zr10B20 amorphous alloy at different heat temperatures were researched. The results show that the Fe70Zr10B20amorphous alloy crystallized in primary crystallization mode. The magnetic properties of Fe70Zr10B20 magnetic amorphous alloy are related with structure, pellet size, stress, defect and other factors.
