Synthesis of 3-Methyl-1-(2-(1-piperidinyl)phenyl)butylamine

摘要: 分别以2-氯苯腈和2-氟苯甲醛为原料, 采用两种路线合成3-甲基-1-(2-(1-哌啶基)苯基)丁胺, 总收率分别为42%和31%. 关键中间体及最终化合物的结构经质谱、 核磁共振氢谱及碳谱得到确证.

Abstract: 3-Methyl-1-(2-(1-piperidinyl)phenyl)butylamine was synthesized from 2- chlorobenzonitrile and 2-fluorobenz aldehyde via two different synthetic routes. The total yields were 42% and 31 %, respectively. The structures of the intermediates and the target compound were confirmed by MS, 1H NMR and 13C-NMR spectra in our experiments.
