一步法制备热响应浸润性智能薄膜

One-step Spin-coating Process for Fabrication of Thermo-responsive Smart Surfaces

摘要: 采用一步法(旋涂法)制备浸润性热响应薄膜. 由于薄膜中聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPA)链段在不同温度下氢键转换导致其在低温时接触角较小, 高温时接触角较大. 所用方法操作简单、 成本较低, 可以任选基底, 并易于大面积制备, 可用于制造具有感温特性的聚合物凝胶. 

Abstract: We fabricated the thermo-responsive surfaces by one-step spin-coating process. Contact angles of the surfaces are small at low temperatures, but large at high temperatures, which is attributed to the competition between intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonding in the PNIPA. The method is very simple and economic. This kind of smart surfaces, what’s more important, can be fabricated on any substrate in large area.
