PC104在微波辐射计数据采集系统中的应用

摘要: 介绍一种微波辐射计数据采集系统, 由基于Linux操作系统的PC104工控机与基于MCS-51系列的单片机构成. 硬件电路设计以PC104工控机SB-810VE2S为核心, 以MCS-51单片机实现微波辐射计接收数据逻辑控制, 外接存储器件及其他外围电路; 软件设计通过对PC104工控机在Linux操作系统下串口通信编程, 实现了PC104工控机通过串口和MCS-51系列单片机进行通信, 从而构成一个数据采集系统, 并采集了微波辐射计的数据.

Abstract: This paper introduces a system of the microwave radiometer data acquisition, the system is mainly made up of PC104 based on the Linux operating system and the microcontroller based on MCS-51. In the hardware the vital part of PC104 is SB-810 which is a main board used in industry control and the vital part of MCS-51 microcontroller is the logic control part. With the proper memory device and other peripheral circuit, the data acquisition system has come true. In the software PC104 is programmed in serial communication under Linux operating system mainly. Via this method, the serial communication between PC104 and MCS-51 microcontroller has been successfully realized. The small system can gather the data that the microwave radiometer has transmitted. This system has been proved to reach the measure standard and to work steadily. The system displays good performance under the badly environment.
