摘要:

设计一种基于有机聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)压电材料的压力传感器, 其结构包括探头、 电荷放大电路、   滤波电路和电压放大电路. 压力将触头移动, 使振动的弹性铁片产生形变,  通过弹性铁片上PVDF材料的电压信号变化可实现对压力的测量. 该传感器灵敏度为61.22 mV/N, 可应用于多种压力的测量.

Abstract:

Based on the characteristics of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) piezoelectric materials, a pressure sensor was designed, which consists of probe, charge amplifier circuit, filter circuit and voltage amplifier circuit.  The vibrating elastic iron slice was deformed by the contact point displacement. The measurement of pressure can be obtained by measuring the change of piezoelectric signal of the PVDF material on the iron slice. The  sensitivity of sensor is 61.22 mV/N and may be applied to various pressure measurement.
