毛樱桃核壳及核仁挥发油成分分析

Chemical Composition of Volatile Oils from Prunus tomentosa Thunb’s Shell and Kernel

摘要:

采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取毛樱桃核壳及核仁中的挥发油, 利用气相色谱/质谱(GCMS)鉴定其化学成分. 结果表明: 毛樱桃核壳中有48个色谱
峰, 24种成分, 占总挥发油质量分数的97.45%; 核仁中有20个色谱峰, 12种成分, 占总挥发油质量分数的99.40%; 其中质量分数最高的均为苯甲醛; 二者所含成分的种类和相对质量分数相差较大.

Abstract:

The volatile oils were extracted from Prunus tomentosa Thunb’s shell and kernel by steam distillation method, and their chemical compositions were then analyzed and identified by GC/MS. The results show that 48 compounds were detected and 24 compounds of them were identified in shell, coming to 97.45% in gross; while 20 compounds of them were detected in the kernel volatile oil and 12 of them were identified, coming to 99.4% in gross. The major ingredient in the two kinds of volatile oils is benzaldehyde. While the kinds of compounds and their relative content differ greatly.
