碳纤维负载硼化钴催化硼氢化钠水解制氢

摘要:

利用浸渍负载还原法制备碳纤维负载Co-B催化剂, 研究反应温度、 稳定剂(NaOH和CH3COONa)浓度及反应物(NaBH4)浓度对催化剂活性的影响. 通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对催化剂进行表征分析, 并研究NaBH4的水解动力学行为. 实验结果表明: 碳纤维负载Co-B催化剂以非晶形式存在; 在40 ℃, 以0.19 mol/L NaOH为稳定剂时, [JP2]催化NaBH4水解10 min氢气产率约为96%; 当NaBH4浓度较低时, 其水解反应近似为一级反应.

Abstract:

The effects of reaction temperature, stabilizer (NaOH and CH3COONa), concentrations of NaBH4 and reactants on the activity of catalyst loaded on carbon fiber prepared by means of diploadreduction were investigated. Catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the hydrolysis dynamics of sodium borohydride was studied. The experimental results show that in the presence of carbon fiber load Co-B catalyst in amorphous form and 0.19 mol/L NaOH stabilizer, at 40 ℃ under alkaline conditions, hydrogen production rate is nearly 96% for catalytic hydrolysis of NaBH4 for about 10 min and hydrolysis reaction is approximately the first order reaction at low sodium borohydride concentration.
