Li6(La2Ca)Nb2O12荧光粉中掺杂Mn4+的发光特性

Luminescent Properties of Mn4+  Dopedin Li6(La2Ca)Nb2O12 Phosphor

摘要: 用高温固相法制备非稀土掺杂的Li6(La2Ca)Nb2O12∶Mn4+远红色发光荧光粉, 并通过X射线衍射和光谱技术研究荧光粉的晶体结构和发光性质. 结果表明, 在Li6(La2Ca)Nb2O12∶Mn4+的荧光光谱中, 以327,494 nm为中心出现2个宽激发带, 在700 nm远红光区出现Mn4+2Eg4A2g跃迁发射峰, 其活化能ΔE=0.437 eV, 即该荧光粉具有较好的热稳定性.

Abstract: The far red phosphorLi6(La2Ca)Nb2O12∶Mn4+ with nonrareearth doping was prepared by high temperature solidstate method. The crystal structure and luminescent properties of the phosphor were studied by Xray diffraction and
 sepectroscopy. The results show that the fluorescence spectrum of Li6(La2Ca)Nb2O12∶Mn4+ has two broad excitation bands in the center of 327,494 nm. A far red emission peak of Li6(La2Ca)Nb2O12∶Mn4+ phosphor can be 
observed at 700 nm due to the 2Eg+4A2gtransition of Mn4+ ion. The calculated activation energy ΔE=0.437 eV. The phosphor has good thermal stability.
