氨气鼓泡法制备Mg(OH)2过程中镁盐的溶解度

Solubility of Magnesium Salts in Preparation of Magnesium Hydroxide by Ammonia Bubbling Method

摘要: 用氨气鼓泡法制备Mg(OH)2, 当温度为303.15~353.15 K 时, 测定 MgCl2在不同浓度NH4Cl水溶液及氘体积分数分别为1.65×10-4,1.30×10-4,7.0×10-5水和普通水中的溶解度, 并用修正的Van’t-Hoff方程计算MgCl2在NH4Cl水溶液中的溶解熵、 溶解焓和标准Gibbs自由能变. 采用 Apelblat方程和经验方程对溶解度数据进行数据关联, 结果表明: 在相同溶剂条件下, MgCl2溶解度随温度的升高而增大; 在相同温度条件下, MgCl2在NH4Cl溶液、 普通水和低氘水中的溶解度依次递增, 即NH4Cl浓度越高, 溶解度越低, 氘含量越低, 溶解度越高;  Apelblat方程和经验方程均显示了较好的关联结果, 总相对误差为0.66%; 在 MgCl2溶解过程中, 熵变是影响该过程的主要因素.

Abstract: We prepared magnesium hydroxide by using the ammonia bubbling method. When the temperature ranged from 303.15 K to 353.15 K, we measured the solubility of magnesium chloride in different concentrations of ammonium chloride aqueous solution and deuterium volume fractions of 1.65×10-4,1.30×10-4,7.0×10-5 water and ordinary water. We correlated the solubility data by using Apelblat equation and empirical equation, and calculated the solubility entropy, enthalpy, and standard Gibbs free energy change of magnesium chloride in ammonium chloride aqueous solution by using the modified Van’t-Hoff equation. The results show that under the same solvent conditions, the solubility of magnesium chloride increases with increasing temperature. Under the same temperature conditions, the solubility of magnesium chloride increases sequentially in ammonium chloride solution, ordinary water, and low deuterium water. The higher the concentration of ammonium chloride, the lower the solubility, and the lower the deuterium content, the higher the solubility. The Apelblat equation and empirical equation both show good correlation results, with a total relative error of 0.66%. The entropy change is the main factor affecting the dissolution process of magnesium chloride.
