摘要： 通过引入单参数λ, β函数及改进权函数的方法, 建立一个反向的Hardy-Hilbert积分不等式, 并证明其常数因子为最佳值. 作为应用, 建立 了若干等价形式及一些特殊结果.

Abstract: By means of introducing a parameter λ and the β function, and improv ing weight function, a reverse Hardy-Hilbert's inequality with a best constant factor is obtained. As applications, some equivalent forms and some particular results have been established.
