Improvement on DANTE Pulse Sequence

Abstract: The frequency domain profiles of DANTE pulse sequence are calculated according to the analytical solutions of Bloch equations. The results show that the first and the last pulses of pulse sequence show the biggest e ffects on the side band. If the widths of the first and the last pulses are redu ced to one half, the side band can be suppressed to a great extent. The correspo nding experimental results coincide well with the above conclusion.
