Abstract:

The authors constructed and analyzed an example of a secondorder threepoint boundary value problem. The authors considered the equation and the methods of solving the equation  directed at t with the singularity. First, the authors  used the analysis of upper and lower solution method to prove this kind of problems in two resonance and nonresonance  cases, respectively, to have infinitely many different solutions, and finally on the basis of the shooting method,  the authors showed the numerical solution of this kind of problems.

Key words: threepoint boundary value problem, resonance and nonresonance condition, upper , and lower solution method
