Abstract: By giving the notion of a representation of a preLie 2-algebra, we proved that the semidirect product preLie 2-algebra could be constructed by a representation of a preLie 2-algebra and a representation of the corresponding Lie 2algebra could be given by a representation of a preLie 2-algebra.
