Abstract:
An RP-HPLC-DAD method was established for the determination of 3,5,6,7,8,3′,4′-heptamethoxyflavone, 8-hydroxy-3,5,6,7,3′,4′-hexamethoxyflavone and 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,8,3′,4′-hexamethoxyflavone in citri reticulatae pericarpium. A cosmosil C18-Ar-Ⅱ(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of V(acetonitrile)∶V(ρ(acetic acid)=0.2%) was in the process of gradient elution. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the wavelength of DAD detector was set at 258 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The linear range of 3,5,6,7,8,3′,4′-heptamethoxyflavone was 0.01—10.0 μg(r2=0.999 2), and the mean recovery rate was 99.7% (RSD=0.50%). The linear range of 8-hydroxy-3,5,6,7,3′,4′-hexamethoxyflavone was 0.05—10.0 μg(r2=0.999 4), and the mean recovery rate was 101.8% (RSD=2.0%). The linear range of 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,8,3′,4′-hexamethoxyflavone was 0.025—5.0 μg(r2=0.999 8), and the mean recovery rate was 100.2% (RSD=1.7%).
