Abstract: This paper devotes to a statistical prediction problem under restricted location parameters. The improvement of the single-shrinkage predictor of the random variable was made by means of all the available data and two kinds of different parameter restrictions. The relation of improved predictors sets with different parameter restriction is dis cussed.
