Abstract: Ceftriaxone sodium was determined by flow injection chemiluminescence, which is based on the strong enhancement effect of ceftriaxone s odium on LuminolK₃Fe(CN)₆chemiluminescence system in the alkaline medium. Under the optimum conditions, the determination range of method is 0.1~400 mg/L and the detection limit is 0.06 mg/L. The relative standard deviation for the determination of 0.2 mg/L ceftriaxone sodium is 1.6%(n=10). It has been satis factorily applied to the determination of ceftriaxone sodium in the injections.
