Abstract: By introducing assistant set into function Psets to expand the function P\|sets, we gave the concept and construction of function P(σ,τ)sets, and obtained the generation theorems, dynamic change theorems depending on attributes and threshold value, identification theorems  for function P(σ,τ)sets.
