Abstract: Porphyrins containing different substitute groups on the base of phenyl and different metalloporphyrins (Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn) were studied by means of the cyclic voltammetry (CV) in the DMF solution withtetrabutyl ammonium perchlorate (TBAP) as supporting electrolyte. The results indicate that the stronger the electronic attractive effect of substitute group is, the easier the porphyrin ring is reduced. The different metallic ions make the redox potentials of porphyrin ring shift to more negative potential, of which the shift made by zincion is the biggest.
