Abstract: Cu2S quantum dots were prepared and the Raman scattering spectra of Cu2S quantum dots were simulated by Gaussian software. Based on Maxwell’s electromagnetic wave theory, the surfaceenhanced Raman scattering (SERS) of Cu2S quantum dots with different particle sizes were simulated by MATLAB. The results show that Cu2S quantum dots have strong SERS signals. When the size of Cu2S quantum dots is in the range of 2—10 nm, the SERS signals are enhanced with the increase of particle sizes, and finally reach a stable value.
