Abstract: The indoor culture method was adopted to conduct the aerobic decomposition of mixture composed of fallen leaves from Populus alba ‘Berolinensis’ L.& Hosta plantaginea Aschers.and turf grass clippings. Under different temperature and moisture content, we analyzed effects of two factors on the carbon mass ratio of water soluble substance, humicextracted acid, humic acid and humin (WSOC, wC(HE), wC(HA) and wC(Hu) ), the E4/E6 of HA alkali solution and the wC(HA) /wC(FA) in the process of mixture decomposition. The results show that the molecular structure of HA tends to be simple at the end of culture, and the C(Hu)  can be effectively mineralized in the process of mixture decomposition; the wC(HA)/wC(FA) is the higher the temperature, the greater the decreased degree; the C(Hu) can be effectively mineralized and decomposed under different moisture content.
