Application of Hydrothermal Combinative Technique to Synthesis of Gallium Phosphite

Abstract: Three gallium(Ⅲ) phosphites and gallium phosphate were synthesized by hydrothermal/solvothermal combinative technique under autogeneou s pressure in the system of Ga-H3PO3-1,2-dap-EG/H2O(1,2-dap: 1,2-diaminopropane, EG: ethyl glycol). Their structures were determined by means of singlecrystal Xray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma(ICP). In our work, we stressed the synthetic factors on the influence of the crystallization of such materials.
