Abstract: An intelligence method was used to carry out the design and management of the IntelligentTransportation System, so as to resolve sys tem development, intelligence and the share of resources and make the intelligence become the important core of the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) development. It covers the Intelligent Transportation System valuation, design, implement, core technique, core calculate way, decision management, the service method and connection application aspects. Import the intelligent method will make the Intelligent Transportation System have obvious public service characteristic, more intelligence, systematism, more safe and efficient, among which high compatible ambulation application characteristic and convenient information share will provide new development space for the Intelligent Transportation System.
