Dynamical equation of chromosome telomere in cellular automata

Abstract: In this paper, the dynamical system character of one-dimension simple cellular automata is studied. And the chromosome telomere conce pt is introduced to the field. We proposed a homogeneous dynamical evolution equation of the chromosome telomere in the one-dimension cellular automata. The chromosome length and its variational rate equations are obtained by using above chromosome telomere evolution equation. We have primarily founded the mathematic theory on the chromosome evolution of cellular automata which will provide the theoretics foundation for cellular automata mechanism research.
