Second-order Sufficient Conditions for a Nonsmooth Optimization without Constraints

Abstract: The present paper deals with the optimal conditions of a nonsmooth optimization without constraints defined in a real Banach space by means of Penot generalized directional derivative and Clarke generalized gradient and presents a second order sufficient condition for obtaining strict local minimers by means of nonsmooth optimization.
