Abstract:

To improve network of institutions of colleges digitally,media asset management system is designed. Media asset management system in colleges and universities that addressed issues such as store,retrieve,codec conversion technologies and storage research and management techniques,achieves a simple,efficient,secure,stable and reliable campus media management.And  in the VC++program we address practical aspects of coding and decoding single format conversion. The realization of video resources in digital storage and utilization,and through the campus network to realize the sharing of resources,greatly improve the video media asset value and utilization.
