实心固体物质密度测量方法研究

Research on Density Measuring Method for Solids

摘要:

针对接触式测量密度检测范围受限的问题, 提出了一种非接触测量的方法。该方法是通过检测固定容器内气压的变化, 间接测得非空心固体物质的体积大小, 进而求得被测固体物质密度。该装置检测范围广泛,可对任意不与空气发生化学反应的非空心固体物质的密度进行无损伤测量, 避免了单一排水法对被测物造成的损伤和由此造成的结果误差, 能在容器所承受的最大压强范围内, 通过控制气体压缩器适当加大压缩气室内空气的气压, 从而提高测量的准确度, 测量误差不超过3%。

Abstract:

Aiming at the disadvantages of contact measurement density instrument, such as detection range limitation, we put forward a kind of non-contact volume measurement method. This method can be used to calculate the density by detecting the inner variation of container air pressure to indirectly measure the non-hollow solid density. A wide range of the measurement, a notable advantage of this device, can nondestructively measure the non-hollow solid matter which does not have chemical reaction with air. This method can also avoid the damage and the error brought by single drainage destruction. Within the range of pressure endurance, the container can increase the pressure of the compressed air chamber by controlling the air compressors properly, improving the measurement accuracy and making the error less than 3% .
