Design of Leakage Monitoring Node for Water Supply Pipeline Based on ZigBee

摘要: 针对传统供水管道泄漏监测方式成本高、安全性差的问题, 设计了一种用于供水管道泄漏监测的无线传感器网络节点。将节点按功能分为协调器节点、路由器节点和终端节点, 以TI 公司的ZigBee 芯片CC2530 为微处理器和通信模块, 设计了这3 类节点的硬件结构和软件流程。实验结果表明, 该节点运行情况良好, 传输数据稳定, 并能按照预定网络拓扑组建、迅速扩展并重构网络。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of cable necessity and delayed alarm in traditional water supply pipelineleakage mointoring, using TI‘’s ZigBee chip CC2530 as the microprocessor and communication module, the nodesare classified as coordinator node and terminal node according to their functions. The hardware structure andsoftware signal flow of the two kinds of nodes are illustrated. The results of experiments show that the nodes runin good condition, they can form network according to the reservation network topology, transmit data steadily,expand and reconstruction network rapidly.
