Improved Multi-Strategy Ontology Mapping Method

摘要: 针对本体映射时未充分考虑语义信息以及运算效率的问题, 提出了一种改进的多策略本体映射方法——ReMAP。对初步得到的初始概念集基于相关度计算进行简化, 以减少参与映射的概念; 为提高映射质量, 在进行概念相似度计算时, 充分考虑本体概念的语义信息, 对概念名称进行语义分析, 将其融入概念名称相似度的计算结果, 并通过制定映射规则对不良映射进行校正处理。算法验证选取OAEI2007 标准测试集, 通过查全率、查准率与F-measure 值对实验结果进行对比分析, 验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract:

We proposed a method ReMAP of an improved and multi-strategy ontology mapping, aimed at solving ontology mapping which is not fully consider the semantic information and computing efficiency. First, in order to improve operational efficiency, use correlation calculation method to simplify the initial concept to reduce the concepts involved in mapping. Secondly, in order to improve the quality of maps, the semantic information of ontology and analyzing the name of the concept are fully considered, which was integrated into the concept of the name similarity calculation results when the concept similarity calculation, and through the development of mapping rules, deal with correction of bad mapping. We select OAEI2007 standard test set to verification algorithm, using recall, precision and F-measure to analysis of the experimental results. And the experimental results demonstrate that the method is effective.
