Research on Tutorial System Management Based on Complex System

摘要: 针对大学生导师制一些基本问题研究方法的局限性, 以复杂自适应系统理论为指导, 基于多主体系统的建模方法构建师生能力转变演化模型Dszchange, 模拟导师制管理效果的动态性, 在NetLogo 平台上对学生接受导师辅导后师生专业能力等方面转变复杂性的突现现象进行了仿真。实验结果表明, 该方法能很好地再现现实中学生专业素质、学习能力等转变过程的阶段动态性, 为学校的学生管理提供了管理切入点。

Abstract: To address some limitations of study methods on basic problems about tutorial system. Guided by theory of complex adaptive system, we construct Dszchange model showing the change and evolution of student- faculty ability, based on the multi-agent system modeling, simulating the emergent phenomenon of changing complexity of professional abilities of teachers and students after teaching through the platform of NetLogo. The experiment indicates that this method can reproduce dynamics of student's changing process in professional quality, learning ability, and so on, which provides entry point for student's management.
