多永磁同步直线电机协同控制研究

Research on Cooperative Control of Multi-PMSM Linear Motors

摘要: 为实现多电机协同控制,以3 台永磁同步直线电机组成的运动控制系统为研究对象,研究不同拓扑结构对电机间的协同性能的影响,同时提出一种相邻偏差耦合协同算法用以提升协同系统的整体控制效果。实验结果表明,应用相邻偏差耦合算法后,永磁同步直线电机间的协同精度均有所提高,相邻电机间的协同误差均由0. 30 mm 降至0. 25 mm,协同精度提高了17%。

Abstract: A coordinated control system consisting of three PMSLM ( Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motors) is taken as the research object,and the effects of different topological structures on the synergy performance between the motors are studied. An adjacent offset coupling cooperative algorithm is proposed to improve the synergy,the overall control effect of the system. The experimental results show that after the application of adjacent offset coupling algorithm,the accuracy of collaboration between PMLSM is improved. The collaborative error between adjacent motors is reduced from 0. 3 mm to 0. 25 mm,and the accuracy of collaboration is improved by 17%.
