油田井下配水器感应耦合输电功率与频率研究

摘要: 为解决油田井下配水器供电问题, 提出以同轴螺线管式为电磁感应耦合器的无线输电方案, 并研究了在 此条件下频率与系统输出功率的关系。 研究表明耦合介质均匀、 两端对齐的同轴螺线管耦合系数和原副边线 圈半径比相关, 在油管环境中, 耦合系数较大, 串鄄串补偿时系统在不同固有谐振频率和工作电源频率下对传 输功率的影响较大, 系统在固有谐振频率较大时会出现频率分裂, 通过选择系统固有谐振频率以及调整工作频 率, 可以保证系统有较大功率输出和传输效率。 通过仿真和实验, 验证了采用同轴螺线管式电磁耦合器的感应 耦合输电系统的固有谐振频率和工作频率对功率传输的影响。

Abstract: In order to solve the power supply problem of the oil field downhole water distributor, a wireless power transmission scheme with a coaxial solenoid type as an electromagnetic induction coupler was proposed, and the relationship between frequency and system output power under this condition was studied. The coupling coefficient of coaxial solenoid with uniform coupling medium and aligned two ends is related to the radius ratio of primary and secondary coils. In the tubing environment, the coupling coefficient is larger, and the influence of different natural resonance frequency and working frequency on the transmission power is greater in the case of series to series compensation. When the natural resonance frequency of the system is larger, the frequency splitting will occur. The working frequency can ensure that the system has high power output and transmission efficiency. Through simulation and experiment, the influence of natural resonance frequency and working frequency on power transmission is verified.
