凸轮轴磨床OEM软件的二次开发及算法设计

Re-Development of OEM Software and Algorithm Design in Camshaft Grinder

摘要:

为提高Siemens数控技术的通用性,以SINUMERIK840D数控系统为开发平台,利用Siemens提供的OEM(Original Equipment Manufacture)软件包,并充分发挥VB(Visual Basic)和VC++(Visual C++)的接口优势,将VB开发环境下的编程与VC++下的DLL(Dynamic Link Library)文件有机地结合起来。分析了给定数据下凸轮轮廓的算法设计,并在此基础上深入探讨了砂轮中心点的轨迹方程,建立了实际砂轮进给量与凸轮转角之间的数学模型,最终开发出了满足凸轮轴磨床特殊加工工艺的OEM软件。

Abstract:

For improving the generality Siemens numerical control technology,taking SINUMERIK840D NC system as the development platform, using the OEM(Original Equipment Manufacture) package provided by Siemens, and giving full play to the interface superiority of VB(Visual Basic) and VC++(Visual C++), the VB program and the DLL(Dynamic Link Library) file under VC++are organically integrated, then the algorithm design of cam profile under the given data is analyzed,the wheel center trajectory equation is discussed in depth and the mathematical model between the actual grinding wheel feed and the cam rotation angle is built, and eventually the OEM software satisfying the special camshaft grinder processing technology is developed.
