Abstract:

With the deepening of e-business applications, more and more enterprises need to carry out online customer service and collaboration office, they are forced to deal with management and information exchange issues.By analyzing some technologies related to the instant messaging system based on the XMPP（eXtensible Messaging and Presence Protocol）,we design a building of enterprise instant messaging system, then introduce its application in enterprise online customer service and enterprise collaboration．The system provides services on the unified architecture，uses the hierarchy design thought,it is available with automation,manageability and integration，it has Lean service idea．The system decreased the enterprise service cost, improved enterprise service efficiency, standard service management.
