Abstract: In order to optimize the design of intelligent vehicle electronic vacuum booster system, and to meet the application requirements of the ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) and AEB (Autonomous Emergency Braking) systems of intelligent vehicle, this article analyzes vehicle electronic vacuum booster control matching parameters with AMESim, and using ANSYS workbench software matches structural parameters of electromagnetic valve, including the matching methods of key design parameters such as electromagnetic valve travel, activating electrical parameter, coil parameter etc. This article provides a reference for the improvement of the reliability and comfort of intelligent vehicle braking control.
