Research on Data Display Terminal of the RFID Card Based on MCU

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low read/ write stability and inconvenient information display for traditional RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)cards, the paper has a deep research on read/ write mode and designs display terminal of the 13. 56 MHz RFID card based on the read-write chip MF RC500 and STC89C52. The paper employs communication between two MCU(Microcontroller Unit). The main MCU sends read or write signal to the slave MCU by matrix keyboard, and it receives the information and displays on the LCD12864 LCD display screen. The slave MCU writes the received data in IC cards after processing by MFRC500, and sends the data read by MFRC500 to the main MCU. The hardware circuit and firmware program are designed, and the function of a large number of different RFID card are tested. The experimental results show that this system is stable and accurate to read and write cards.
