Abstract: In order to formulate the strategies for the development of communication technology and improve competitiveness in the international market, the comparison of various enterprises 4G patent annual volume of distribution statistics 4G communication technology, patents, patent analysis, patent statistics cited times is made the effect of patent research and development to the development of communication enterprises is investigated. The results show that the patent metrology is 4G communication technique for the evaluation of the important indicators. Through scientific analysis of the patent, can grasp the trend of the development of communication technology, and provides a reference for China‘’s fledgling domestic communication technology industry development and the patent strategy formulation.
