Abstract:  The oscillation from pulse laser driving circuit can cause many problems such as multiple targets and
imaginary scene of echo simulation, damage to semiconductor lasers and so on. To deal with the problems above
and starting from the theory of RLC discharge circuit, current equation was derived. Utilizing the principle of
maximum, a method of suppressing oscillation quantitatively was proposed. According to the performance
requirements of a fire control system, the key parameters were established by the formula derived above. Finally
MPSL01 type avalanche transistor was used as a high speed switching device in the process of designing circuit.
Then peak current of 1A and narrow pulse current of 23. 2 ns were obtained. Furthermore the reverse current was
almost zero. Semiconductor pulsed laser which type is C86119E of 1 064 nm was regarded as light source. And
echo simulator launch system was composed. Actual detection was done by fire control system for single soldier.
The results show that driving performance was stable and it can meet the requirements of design.
