Scalable Video Coding of Lifting Wavelet Motion Compensation Temporal Filter

Abstract ( 322 )  
In order to improve the traditional scalable video coding performance, the lifting wavelet is used in MCTF (Motion Compensated Temporal Filtering). The 5/3 lifting wavelet is carried on the temporal filter. Different motionhandled modes are adopted to deal with pixels with different connected states, and according to motion compensation effect the progression of temporal domain decomposition is autoadapted. The experimental results show that the algorithm achieves a rate of scalability,and the PSNR is 1~2 dB better than MPEG4(Moving Pictures Expert Group4) and 3DWT(3 Dimensions Wavlet Transformation) with the same compensation rate, and effectively enhance the code performance.

MPLS VPN(Multi-Protocol Label Switching Virtual Private Network) is facing a big obstacle that some High-end users worry about their security when using MPLS VPN. A designation idea that can guarantee the safety of MPLS VPN used in some higher presence occasions with some potential safety problems is introduced. IPsec agreement is used to encrypt IP packet in the customer route and encapsulate the data in the MPLS edge router.This method can solve some problems when the information is transmitted in the second layer of the public backbone network with single MPLS VPN such as the information can not be automatically cncrypted,some mistakes appear in the

transmission,the leaking of information caused by continuous

interruptions.Experimental results show that this method improved the network security coefficient under the premise of no increase in the cost of the network.

UWB (Ultra Wide Band) communication is a novel communication technique,but it interferes other communication systems. We use the efficient ray tracing method to describe the UWB indoor environments. The ray tracing model is used to simulate the propagation environment of a typical house. The time and spatial properties of the UWB indoor channel are presented by using ray tracing, which include RMS(Root-Mean-Squared), distribution of ray energy and channel impulse response. Based on the UWBs properties, the influence of the UWB signal interference on the GPS (Global Positioning System) signal is estimated, and some UWB properties can be adjusted to make the GPS applications practicably.

There are some problems affecting mobile communication quality because of reciprocity between mass users. Along with the hotspots and difficulties of communication technology, we discuss working principle and main function of smart antenna. The smart antenna can auto-adaptively track the subscriber signal. The beam forming algorithms of the smart antemna are discussed. According to the algorithm and the way of o signal processing the problem of classification is resolved. And the algorithm is optimized. The optimized algorithm has three merits, such as skipping out nothing. So the algorithm has the solution of the problem and the important status in the third generation mobile communication system.

To provide references for China B3G parameters design and channel model,measurements with 20 MHz bandwidth at 58 GHz frequency have been performed in outdoor environments. By analyzing the measurement data, the empirical channel characteristics such as path loss exponent, shadow fading, rms delay spread and rms azimuth spread have been extracted. In LOS(Line of Sight) environment, the path loss exponent is 253 and it is 33~38 in NOLS(No Line of Sight) environment. By modifying the COST231-WI model the receive power in the measurement area can be accurately predicted. The RMS(Root Mean Square) delay spread is within 05~08 μs.The RMS azimuth spread is decided by the transmitter antenna height and the propagation circumstance.
