基于约束判别法的日照市地下空间资源综合质量评价

Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of Underground Space Resources in Rizhao City Based on Constraint Discriminant Method

摘要: 开展城市地下空间资源综合质量评价,是推进地下空间合理开发利用的关键环节。日照市主城区近年来经济发展迅速,但地下空间开发利用程度偏低,亟需开展地下空间资源综合质量评价,为区域地下空间资源合理开发利用提供科学依据。本文以日照市主城区为研究区,结合层次分析法和最不利判别法模型,分别构建地质适宜性评价体系和潜在价值评价体系,对研究区的地下空间开发地质适宜性和潜在价值进行评价;在此基础上,运用加权法模型和约束判别法模型开展地下空间资源综合质量评价,并对比两类模型的评价效果。结果表明:研究区地下空间资源以综合质量高、中等级为主,合计约占总面积的80%;综合质量低的区域约占总面积的20%,主要分布在研究区北部,在其他区域零星分布,其中,北部集中分布区主要为地下空间开发潜在价值低的区域,零星分布区主要受文物与饮用水源保护区、高层建筑分布区的制约,以及海水入侵等地质灾害的影响。相较于加权法模型,约束判别法模型的评价结果更符合研究区实际情况,更适用于研究区的地下空间资源综合质量评价。

Abstract: Carrying out comprehensive quality evaluation is a vital component in the development and utilization of urban underground space resources. Recently, the economy of Rizhao City has developed quickly, but underground space is not being used to its full potential. Due to the rapid economic growth of Rizhao City in recent years and the low rate of underground space utilization, it is urgent to conduct a thorough quality evaluation of underground space resources to establish a foundation for their rational development and utilization. This study evaluates the geological suitability and potential value of the underground space development in the main urban area of Rizhao City, the study area, establishing the geological suitability evaluation system and the potential value evaluation system, and combining the analytic hierarchy process and the most unfavorable discrimination model. Furthermore, a weighted method model and a constraint discriminant model were used to evaluate the quality of underground space resources. The evaluation effect of the two models was compared and analyzed. The results indicate that the subsurface space resources in the research area, which make up roughly 80% of the total area, are mostly of high or medium comprehensive quality. About 20% of the total area is made up of low-comprehensive quality areas, which are primarily found in the northern part of the study area and other sporadic distribution areas. The northern concentrated distribution area is primarily the area with low potential value for underground space development. Geological catastrophes include the destruction of historical sites, water supplies, and high-rise buildings, and seawater incursion primarily affects dispersed distribution areas. Furthermore, as compared to the weighted model, the evaluation results of the constrained discriminant model are more consistent with the actual circumstances of the study area, making it more appropriate for the comprehensive quality assessment of underground space resources in the study area.
