New adaptive control strategy of parallel hybrid electric bus

An equivalent fuel consumption model based on the overall working efficiency was built using a new adaptive control strategy. In view of the complicated optimization process and the redundant calculation in the conventional adaptive control strategy, a new adaptive control strategy combining an instantaneous optimization algorithm and the logic threshold judgment was proposed, and was modelled and simulated on the platform of Matlab/Simulink/Advisor. The simulation results show that the new adaptive control strategy is effective in terms of the fuel economy and exhaust emissions of the hybrid electric bus, meanwhile the state of the battery charge is balanced and the simulation is quickened.

Development of brake system model based on slipstick friction theory

A new braking system model was built from a study on the solution method of the friction brake torque under the conditions of braking to near zero speed and braking lock.According to the motion state between the brake disc and the brake pliers(for the disc type brake) or the brake drum and the brake shoes(for the drum type brake),a solution algorithm of the brake torque under the static and dynamic friction states was proposed based on the slipstick friction theory.A brake system model subroutine was developed and embedded in ADAMS.The simulation results show that this model can simulate the vehicle braking and parking conditions on the horizontal road and the ramp more accurately than that of original ADAMS.the suggested approach is of value for the vehicle dynamic simulation.

Improving sound quality inside vehicle by

Taking 16 invehicle noise samples acquired from 4 types of car under different conditions as evaluation objects,by means of the subjective evaluation test and the statistical analysis,a sound quality model was built to describe the subjective evaluation level by the objective psychoacoustical parameters.It was found that the key factors affecting the invehicle sound quality under the steady conditions are the loudness and the sharpness.The active noise control experiments on the worst 2 noise samples were performed,and the results show that the loudness and the sharpness of the invehicle noise were both reduced.The improvement of the sound quality was confirmed by calculation using the established model and 2 subjective evaluation tests,the annoyance level of the sound was decreased by about 5.The active noise control is proved to be feasible and effective in the vehicle sound quality improvement.

A simulation model was established to analyze the kinematic characteristic of the elasticplastic debris in the vehicle collision under following 4 different initial conditions: 1)the same falling height and the different initial velocities; 2) the same falling velocity and the different falling heights; 3) the same falling height and initial velocity and the different thrown angles; 4) the same initial velocity and thrown angle and the different debris shapes. The relationships between the debris thrown distance and the initial velocity, the thrown angle, the falling height, as well as the debris shape were simulated by the established model. The results show that under condition of the same air drag, road friction as well as debris mass and volume, the shape and the initial angle of the falling debris have the large effect on the thrown distance, and the area of debris windward side is the key factor to determine the moving time duration and the rolling and skidding behaviors of the debris on the road. When the debris initial angle is from -65°to 45°, its trajectory accords with the theory of the outer ballistics, however, when the initial angle is from -90°to -65°or from 45°to 90°, the debris will rebound, diverging from the outer ballistics theory.

Based on the kinematic characteristics of the vehicle start wave propagation,a kinematic model for the vehicle start wave which accords with the reality and whose parameters are explicit was built.The data acquisition scheme and the data processing method were designed.The model was calibrated by the survey data in Changchun city and the velocity of the vehicle start wave propagation was calculated by the model.The observed velocity of the vehicle start wave propagation was obtained from the survey data directly and the corresponding derived propagation characteristics of the vehicle start wave.The relative error between the two wave velocities obtained by the kinematic model and the direct observation is about 5%.The proposed model can provide a theoretical basis for the urban traffic signal control.

The effects of the fuel supply per cycle and the exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) rate on the power output, the fuel economy and the exhaust emission behavior of the homogeneous charge compression ignition(HCCI) ethanol engine were investigated experimentally on a singlecylinder test engine modified from a conventional production ergine. The results show that the indicated thermal efficiency of the HCCI ethanol engine can reach as high as 60%, the peak indicated mean effective pressure Pmi is 0.6 MPa. The proper combination of the equivalent airfuel ratio a and the EGR rate can effectively control the autoignition timing of the HCCI combustion and thus the NOx emission level. However, the introduction of the EGR results in the increased HC and CO emission levels of the engine.

The traditional submerged combustion technology was improved,and a new type of heating equipment with gasliquid direct mix and phase change heat transfer was developed.The experimental results of the direct mix and phase heat transfer of the perforated plate type were obtained by the basic experiments,and it is useful for engineering design.The test of the prototype and its practical application show that the heating equipment is characterized by innovative structure,high efficiency and energy saving,very low air pollution,material saving,low cost,etc..The new type of heating equipment has good prospects because it has better performance than the traditional boiler at low temperature heating.

A model for the absorption refrigerator treated as an irreversible Carnot refrigerator driven by an irreversible Carnot heat engine was established using the finitetime thermodynamic approach.Considering not only the effects of the external and internal irreversibilities but also the effect of the finite heat capacity,the established model is a general thermodynamic model that is close to the real systems.Two internal irreversibility parameters, the heat engine cycle and the refrigerator cycle were introduced to characterize the irreversibility inside the cycle. Using the established mode a basic optimization relationship of the absorption refrigerator and corresponding conditions for the optimal design and the the optimal working temperature of the working fluid in the heat exchanger were derived by the Lagrangian multiplier method.Some simplified relationships for the optimal design and the improvement of the actual absorption refrigerator were also deduced.

Producing hydrogen by the catalytic pyrolysis of the walnut shell was studied on a selfmade pyrolysis furnace using 3 metaloxides MnO2, Al2O3,and CaO as catalysts.Adding different catalysts,the effects of the pyrolysis temperature and the catalyst amount on the hydrogen output as well as the output rate were comparatively investigated.The results show that adding 3% MnO2 catalyst appears optimal for enhancing the hydrogen volume fraction in the walnut shell catalytic pyrolysis gas.

The deformation process of the pressuretransmitting medium material pyrophyllite block in the pressure range of 5.7 GPa in a cubic high pressure apparatus was simulated by the finite element analysis(FEA) software ANSYS/LSDYNA. The related elasticplastic parameters were measured on a RMT150B rock mechanics servo control system. The numerical analysis results of the pressure distribution inside the pyrophyllite block were presented and the effect of the roasting temperature on the pressuretransmitting behavior of pyrophyllite was investigated. The obtained reaserch results is important for the selection of the pressuretransmitting medium material used in the synthesis of the superhard material such as diamond at highpressure and hightemperature and the optimization of the synthesis technology.

Tremolite/nylon 1010 composites with given ratio were prepared by melt process with tremolite of prior modified surface. The isothermal crystallization behavior of the composites was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The Avrami equation was adopted to describe the crystallization kinetics. Results show that the incorporation of tremolite has the function of heterogeneous nucleation to nylon 1010 crystallization. With the increase in tremolite, the crystallization rate of nylon 1010 is enhanced and the Avrami exponent n is slightly decreased. Calculation shows that the crystallization activation energy of nylon 1010 is lower than that of its composites. The sensitivity of crystallization rate to temperature is enhanced.

The influence of Equal Channel Angular Pressing (ECAP) deformation on the microstructure and magnetic properties of a semimagnetic alloy,2J4,was studied.In the process,the sample is pressed from one pass to the next pass directly without rotation.Results show that the microstructures of 2J4 alloy deformed by ECAP at room temperature are obviously refined.Part of original austenite transforms into martensite,the larger the deformation,the higher the transformation fraction of martensite.The magnetic retardation performance of the specimen deformed by ECAP is better than that deformed by cold rolling with similar deformation.It has higher coercive force (Hc),remanence (Br) and larger magnetic energy (Pro).ECAP deformation is new approach for fabricating high performance magnetic materials with high material utilization and low production cost.

The K24 superalloy specimens was treated by the laser multiple processing and its residual stresses were measured by a model X350A Xray stress tester.The measurement shows that the compressive residual stress of the laser multiple processed K24 superalloy surface exceeds 600 MPa,and after 8 and 16 h tempering treatment at 500 ℃,the residual stresses still exceed the average residual stress of the K24 base body,showing a good stability against the tempering,which is of help to improvement of the fatigue life of the K24 superalloy.

The phase diagram of the binary system,neopentyl glycolpentaerythritol (NPGPE),was established by three techniques:differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) method,Xray diffraction and infrared (IR) spectra at various temperatures.Results show that,in a certain composition range,the phase diagram is characterized by two eutectoid invariants,39 ℃ and 163 ℃,and a crystal transformation temperature,172 ℃.In the range of temperature closely corresponding to solidsolid transition,the OH stretching absorption in IR spectra of two polyalcohols and their binary system shift to higher wavenumber.The temperatures of solidsolid phase transition for polyalcohols measured by DSC are consistent with that by IR spectra,which can reveal the mechanism of solidsolid phase transition for polyalcohols.The miscibility of this system is discussed on the basis of intermolecular interaction in ordered lowtemperature phase and orientationally disordered hightemperature phase.

To overcome the low C/N ratio in biodenitrification process of wastewater treatment, the removal of NH+4N by biofilm with starch based biodegradable carrier was studied.Several factors that affect simultaneous nitrification and denitrification,such as pH,DO and temperature,were investigated. Results show that,at C/N = 4,the starch based biodegradable carrier can provide plenty organic carbon source to denitrify microorganism. Under the conditions of pH = 8~8.5,DO = 1 mg/L and T = 28 ℃, the removal efficiencies of NH3N and TN are 93% and 76% respectively.

The knurling connection mechanism of the hollow assembled camshaft was presented,the FEM numerical simulation was used to analyze the factors influencing the knurling connection press fit load and the press fit tests of knurling connection was performed.The results show that the material match of camlobe and shaft,the knurling width,the magnitude of connection interference,the knurling tooth form and tooth space influence the knurling connection press fit load.As the materials of camlobe and shaft are established,camlobeshaft connection strength will increase with the appropriate choice of the knurling tooth form,augment of the interference or the knurling width.The experimental results of the knurling connection were in agreement with the numerical simulation results.It illustrates that the numerical simulation results can provide the basis for the manufacture of assembled camshaft and the design of the assembling equipments of knurling connection.

A finite element model was built for the sheet metal multipoint stretch forming (MPSF),its loading mode for the dynamic explicit algorithm was proposed,and the model was applied to the MPSF of a typical part.The numerical simulation of the MPSF for a saddle surface workpiece was performed.The distributions of stress and thickness in the formed workpiece and the effects of the springback after unloading and the nonuniform deformation of the elastic cushion on the precision of the formed workpiece were investigated.The simulation results show that the distributions of stress and thickness in the MPSF workpiece are uniform,the amount of springback after unloading is small,the effect of the nonuniform deformation of the elastic cushion on the precision of the MPSF workpiece is larger than that of the springback.A method based on the iterative corrections according to the numerical simulation results was proposed to compensate the nonuniform deformation of elastic cushion and the springback to enhance the accuracy of MPSF.

To investigate the feasibility of the multipoint forming(MPF) for the tailorwelded bank(TWB),the MPFs of the sphere and the pyramid TWBs were simulated by an explicit finite element analysis software.The simulation results show that the elastic cushion and the stepped blank holder can suppress the dimpling and wrinkling defects,leading to better parts with smooth surface.During the MPF of the TWB,the weld lines move and their movements increase as the distance between the initial weld line location and the center point,the TWB thickness diversity and the distortion of the TWB increase.

The heating times during the rotational molding of the hollow plastic products were studied according to the theory of heat transfer and interfacial movement,and an algorithm was proposed.The algorithm was applied to the molding process of a truck fender to determine the heating times of the mold and the product.The corresponding experiments were made and it was found that the relative errors of the calculated results appeared satisfactory,they were in good agreement with the experimental data,proving the validity and practicability of the algorithm.

An energy conversion system consisting of a piezoelectric generator a circuit of storage and control was developed to convert the humanbody energy into electrical energy by means of the piezoelectric ceramic to substitute or charge automatically the battery under special conditions.The effects of the structure parameters and the supporting mode of the piezoelectric oscillator on its electrical energy generation performance were investigated experimentally.A piezoelectric generator was designed according to the experimentally optimized parameters and working mode and it was attempted to power a wireless remote controller.The measurement shows that the maximal power output of the piezoelectric generator is 58.2 mW with a 100 kΩ load.The piezoelectric generator with the circuit of storage and control system can transmit the signal to the distance of up to 10 m,satisfying the need of the wireless remote controller operation.

A new structure of robot for the autonomous polishing on the large mould freeform surfaces was proposed.Considering the feature of the nonholonomic constraints for the robot,its kinematic relations were derived.By inputting the additional constraint equations,a multibody system dynamic model was established for the robot based on the Lagrangian method,and its dynamic simulation was conducted.It was shown that the dynamic characteristic of the robot is stable.The kinematic experiments indicated that the smoothness and the accuracy of its trajectory tracking are satisfactory.

Being aimed at the fluctuation of the looper angle and the strip steel tension in the traditional looper control,the tensionweighted control and the state feedback control strategies were proposed.The tesionweighted control is the combination of the constant tension control and the constant moment control,and the set electric current is a weighted valve.The test results show that the fluctuation of the strip steel tension and the looper angle were reduced by application of the tensionweighted control system of the looper in finishing mill without the need of additional hardware.The state feedback control strategy uses the state feedback and the input transformation to decouple the interaction of the tension between the mill housing and the looper angle,can achieve better control performance than the traditional control.

A mathematical model for the engaging consumption of the roller overrunning clutch was built by analysis of the physical picture of energy consumption of the clutch during its engaging.Expressions for the engaging energy consumption and the engaging torsional stiffness were derived,and ones for the damping ratio and the energy loss factor were also given.The relationships between the clutch engaging energy consumption and the engaging torsional stiffness,the energy loss factor,the normal stiffness of the 3 components of the overrunning clutch,i.e.,the roller,the outer wheel and the planetary wheel,the wedge angle,the external force,and the rolling friction factor were analyzed in detail,and the measures to reduce the engaging energy consumption were proposed.A test on the engaging energy consumption of a pulse CVT was done,and the result of the test was in good agreement with that of calculation.

A fault tree with the improper differentialdrive as the top incident was established by the reliability analyses of the driving unit of a triaxial differentialdrive inpipe mobile robot.The things accounting for the fault of the differentialdrive were found by solving the minimal path set and the minimal cutset.A triaxial differentialdrive inpipe mobile robot was redesigned by the reconfiguration concept.The numerical simulation and the trial operation of the redesigned prototype show that,compared with the original one,its movement smoothness,environmental adaptability and driving performance were improved,enhancing the reliability of the robot in its longdistance inpipe operation.

:In the case of exposed bedrock,or where contact electrodes are unable or not allowed to use,noncontact electrodes are adopted for electrical detection.Continuous sampling of data enhances the efficiency of alternating electrical detection.Two transmitting frequencies are employed to get the information of different depths,which,to a certain range of depth,functions as depthsounding.Noncontact twofrequency transmitter and receiver were developed.Based on the contrast tests of electrode area and shape,line electrodes were selected and the configuration parameters were derived.Indoor modeling experiment and field faultage investigation were conducted.Results of electrical survey using noncontact electrodes agree with that of other methods for shallow subsurface investigation.

Based on the theory of engineering bionics,the bionic nonsmooth surfaces on the samples made of materials of 45# steel and highspeed steel were manufactured in the form of reseau structure by the laser processing.The adhesion of these samples against the Al alloy part was compared with the smooth surface samples on a universal electronic test machine.The results show that the antiadhesion behavior of the bionic nonsmooth surface samples is better than that of the smooth surface,the adhesion of the former decreases by 4.7%~20.9% in comparison with the latter,because the gap in the interface of the nonsmooth testing couples results in decrease of the actual contact area.The bionic nonsmooth structure opens up a new potential to improve the antiadhesion of the material surface.

Mimicking the structure of the needling mouthpart of the insect,such as the mosquito,the common injector needle was processed into that with the bionic nonsmooth surface by the laser engraving and roll forming technologies. Using the method of orthogonal design of experiment,the influences of the configuration of the needle surface nonsmooth structure unit,its interval,depth,and diameter or width on the drag on the injector needle against the human skin were investigated,and the influence order of factors and their optimal levels were determined.The results show that the appropriate nonsmooth unit configuration and their distribution can reduce the drag on the needle against the skin by up to 44.5%.This study provides a basis for the development of the bionic painless injectors.

According to its physical mechanics properties,the statics characteristic of lunar soil is studied using DEM software PFC3D.The DEM contacting mechanics model of lunar soil was built by triaxtest to adjust the particle micro parameters.The pressuresinkage model and shear model of the lunar rover passing on lunar surface were described.Then the platesinkagetest was simulated to obtain the relationship between load and sinkage;and the sheartest was simulated to obtain the relationship between shear and displacement.Finally the terramechanics parameters of the lunar soil were calculated as:the deformation modulus K=1635 kN/mn+2,the sinkage exponent n=1.22 and the shearing strength displacement modulus k=1.35 cm.These values obtained by DEM simulation are close to that obtained by prediction model.

An optimization method which combines layout optimization of stiffeners with structural parameters optimization was discussed.The first step is to optimize the layout of stiffeners of the structure,and then the structural parameters were optimized.In layout optimization of stiffeners,the strain energy density sensitivity of the element was used to determine which elements of stiffeners should be deleted.In structural parameters optimization,the object function and the constraint functions were approximated by the secondorder Taylor expansion.Improved DFP(Davidon,Fletcher and Powell)method was presented to solve optimal problem.In order to reduce computational effort,the combined approximation (CA) method was used to perform the reanalysis to update the displacements and stresses of the structure.Present method was applied to a bunker.The numerical results show that the optimization method is effective for optimization of plateshell structure with stiffeners,and it is easy to implement on a computer.

A calculation model for the interfacial shear stress of the reinforced concrete beam strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets was built based on the elasticity theory after releasing and loading. The changes of the interfacial shear stress under the preload and the external load and the distribution of the effective tension stress in the CFRP sheers were calculated.The calculation results coincided with the results of test and the results of the finite element analysis.It was concluded that the optimization of the strengthening by the pritension control of the reinforced concrete beam strengthened with the CFRP sheets can only be realized under the condition of overall consideration on three major factors,i.e.the buckling stress on the top of the concrete beam after releasing,the interfacial shear stress and its increment after external loading.

Base on the theory of similarity, orthogonal test and additional local test were conducted to determine the mixture ratio of the material similar to that of culvert with minimal test number. The relationship of mixture ratio and mechanical index of the material was obtained. Applying available site information, a culvert model with similar material and satisfying geometrical similarity was built. Layerbylayer filling and step loading on the model were carried out to simulate the culvert construction process. Taking plane culvert for example, the strain and stress on critical positions of the model were measured. With similarity index, the results of model test were applied to predict stress distribution on the prototype structure. Finite element software, ANSYS, was used to simulate the loading process on the culvert. Comparison shows that the result of numerical simulation is in good agreement with that of model test and that of predicted prototype. This study may provide useful reference to project design.

The factors that affect seepage of reservoir dam were analysed. Then using the actual data of Erwangzhuang reservoir, a timevarying model based on site data of dam seepage parameters was built. The neural network in Matlab was applied to forecast dam seepage parameters. Results show that the forecast data are in good agreement with the site measured data. The model provides a reference for dam seepage forecasting.

A vehicle crash sensing algorithm combining simulation model and BP artificial neural network module was developed and validated at vehicle developing stage. The simulation model is composed of vehicle, occupant and restraint system (VOR). The neural network training of multi-velocity frontal crashing into fully rigid wall was conducted first. Then the mapping model of vehicle acceleration and occupant displacement was built. Using this mapping model, the random vehicle acceleration input can be easily translated to the occupant displacement. The calculation results are in good agreement with the simulation results. It provides the basis for further development of optimized algorithm of vehicle crash sensing system.

The IBE system is facing two technical challenges.One is how to authenticate the user’s identity,and the other is how to send the private keys safely to the user by Private Key Generator (PKG).This paper proposes an ID alias IBE scheme.In this scheme,the trust transfer and key escrow are achieved in by the addition of a trusted third party (TA).The user’s private key is jointly produced by the user and the PKG.It is convenient to update the private keys by importing the ID alias.Analysis shows that this scheme ensures the security,meanwhile,solves the problem in the deployment stage of IBE system.It can significantly enlarge the application field of IBE system.

A content authentication based mash model semifragile watermarking algorithm was proposed.In this algorithm the mesh model was divided into some blocks in which spectral analysis was separately processed.Then watermarking signals were embedded into low frequency coefficients.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can resist incidental data processing,such as translation,rotation,uniform scaling,and vertex coordinate quantization and mesh smoothing in low intensity.And this algorithm can also achieve localization for malicious modification in visual inspection.

A structural damage identification method based on the support vector machine and the particle swarm algorithm was proposed.The functional expressions for the crack damage index,the damage location,the eigenvibration modes and first order eigenfrequency were derived by the support vector machine.The differences between the vibration frequency and modes derived from the obtained expressions and the measured ones were taken as the optimization objective to identify the structure damage.In order to improve the precision of the damage identification,the optimization objective was transformed into a multiobjective optimization problem which was solved by the proposed grey particle swarm algorithm.The proposed identification method was proved to be effective by experiments.

One of the fundamental methods of modifying inertial navigation system cumulated error in underwater aided navigation (UAV) is using distributed characters of earth geophysical fields to carry out correlation matching and realize accurate positioning.But different trajectories in chosen fields produce different results with same matching algorithms.In order to solve this problem,a parallel trajectory difference algorithm achieving optimum trajectory and corridor planning was proposed.Simulation experiments in auxiliary UAV indicate that this algorithm,as a part of UAV correlation matching algorithms,can improve underwater vehicle navigation accuracy.

The issues on dynamic modeling and control of two manipulators in handling flexible payload based on pinnedpinned model were studied.A definition of virtual link was given,and kinematics and vibration equations were derived with this definition as a benchmark by using finite element method and Lagrangian function.Then the model of cooperative system in payload space was built.A rigid controller for the unmeasured vibration states was designed and a compensatory method for the impact on position control caused by system dynamics was given.Simulation results prove the validity of this proposed approach.

In this design, the modules of reconfigurable modular robot were divided according to the functional needs, and on the basis of this division the mechanical structure of different modules can be obtained. By the consideration of the robot module characteristic, single module control system was presented and the robot structure after reconfiguration was given. Finally, the robot motion experiments proved the feasibility of this system design.

A model predictive control (MPC) based on ellipsoid set was proposed for a timedelay switched systems with constrained input and certain known switching order. The corresponding operation region of each considered subsystem was described as ellipsoid. A closeloop stability sufficient condition and a MPC control in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) were obtained, which can solve the problem of constrained control input in the systems. Simulation results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method, and on the basis of LMI, it is easy to get the MPC solution for the systems in practical applications.

For the problem of high depth and low resolution ratio in the memory of Elman recurrent neural network, a time delay Elman recurrent neural network (TERNN) model with a simple configuration was proposed. Both the depth and the resolution ratio in the memory of this network were improved by introducing a multistep time delay and recurrent mechanism. In consideration of chaos in the movement of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a controller and an identifier based on TERNN were designed. Moreover, a dynamic recurrent back propagation algorithm for adjusting TERNN was derived. By discrete Lyapunov stability creterion, the regions of weight adaptive learning rates in the controller and the identifier were obtained so as to guarantee stability and fast convergence of the controlled system. Simulation results illustrate that the proposed TERNN has good performance in both identification and control for dynamic systems.

It is well known that the main drawbacks of traditional extended Kalman filter (EKF) requires accurate system model,statistics properties of process noise and observation noise and great amount computation.To deal with the problems,an adaptive extended Kalman filter (AEKF) with noise observer was introduced in the spacecraft attitude determination system.This AEKF can obtain high estimation accuracy of system state without sensor noise statistics and improve system robustness.It can also simplify system state model from 6D to 3D so that the computation burden was largely reduced.Simulation results indicate that AEKF algorithm can estimate sensor noise statistics on line and make attitude determination system work well.

The problem of propagation delay estimation in direct sequence ultrawideband (DSUWB) system over multipath fading channel was studied. An estimation algorithm based on subspace decomposition with high resolution and low complexity was proposed.This method obtained delay estimation through decomposition of time average correlation matrix of sliding correlation output in signal and noise subspaces,MUSIC spectrum computation and maximum value searching.Comparison of time resolution and complexity between sliding correlation method and conventional correlation MUSIC method was conducted.Computer simulation results show that the proposed method can estimate time delay in near one chip duration and its performance is better than that of conventional methods.

The localization and velocity estimation in both ground range direction and azimuth direction was realized by approach of combining DPCA technique with fractional Fourier transform (FrFT) in two aperture radar system.A moving point target echo model of two aperture SAR system was established and linear frequency modulated characteristics of the moving target DPCA signal was elaborated.On the basis of this property,FrFT was adopted to detect moving target and estimate parameters.Because of good capability of DPCA technique for clutter cancellation and nice effect of FrFT for chirp signal detection,simulation results show that the proposed DPCAFrFT algorithm can suppress clutter and achieve localization and velocity estimation in different SNR conditions effectively.

In order to get reliable long distance data transfer, fiber data transmission between the TOF Front End Electronics and TOF Trigger system in BESIII was adopted. And paralleltoserial/serialtoparallel scheme was used for space saving. For the problem that the recovered data and clock generated by a deserializer would sway because of delay variation in the deserializer and link establishment during the each power on process, a simple system synchronization method that can generally realize synchronization for multichannel serial transmission with elimination of the problem was proposed.

A method to recognise head rice and break rice based on computer vision system was proposed,which can replace human visual observation.A computer vision based detection system was developed,which uses image processing methods,such as gray transformation,threshold segmentation and smooth processing etc,to get the image of rice kernel shape.The kernel shape was characterized by sixteen parameters,such as the area,perimeter,length and width etc.The data from the kernel profile were processed by the principal components analysis method.The first three principal components,standing for all the parameters of the shape,were taken as the input eigenvalues to train the BP neural net. Recognition experiments show that the accurate ratio of distinguishing head rice is 98.67%,and the accurate ratio of distinguishing break rice is 92.09%.

A mathematical model for the paddy vacuum drying was built using the quadratic rotary experiment design to help develop the paddy low temperature vacuum drying technology and the vacuum drier,promote the industrialized production of this kind of paddy.The research results show that the drying temperature,the drying time duration,and the vacuum level are in their significance order from the first to the third three key factors affecting the reduction of the moisture content of the paddy during its vacuum drying.All of three factors are positively related to the reduction of the paddy moisture content.Under the conditions of vacuum level 0.06 MPa and drying temperature 40 ℃,a drying effect equivalent to 45 ℃ hot air drying can be attained.
