摘要: 循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)是存在于肿瘤患者血液中有活性的肿瘤细胞,与恶性肿瘤的复发和转移关系密切。随着多种检测技术和分析方法的发展,对CTCs的认识不断深入。CTCs检测对获取肿瘤细胞信息较组织活检更方便,目前已经越来越多地将其应用于恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断和指导治疗。以患者少量外周血为标本检测CTCs作为液体活检的方式之一,可实现对肿瘤的病理诊断;CTCs数与肿瘤分期、抗肿瘤治疗疗效、复发风险和患者生存期密切相关;对CTCs进行分子和基因水平分析可评估病情发展、指导临床精准治疗,并最终改善患者总生存时间(OS),是新一代的肿瘤标志物。现就CTCs的生物学特性、检测方法和临床应用的研究进展进行简要综述。
