无菌气室的隔菌性分析

摘要: 分析了无菌气室的结构及保证气室内无菌的条件,提出了一种新的分析方法。通过分析建立了出流速度、颗粒或水珠的初速度及气幕厚度间的关系方程式。

关键词: 无菌气室, 无菌气幕, 隔菌性

Abstract: In this paper,the structure of the aseptic packaging aseptic isolator is analyzed,and the conditions to ensure that there are no microbes in the aseptic isolator are studied.In order to ensure microbe obstructability of the three dimensional turbulent flow field in an aseptic isolator,a new analysis method is put forward. Through appropriate theoretical calculations,the authors establish the function of the aseptic gas flow velocity,the beginning velocity of the dust or the waterdrop and the thickness of the aseptic gas curtain.At the same time,a vast amount of experimental data are obtained from several corresponding model tests to find the least amount of the aseptic gas and satisfying thickness of the aseptic gas curtain.
